The Instor3 Project is the nonprofit community outreach arm of The Basement, designed to empower youth and women through creative expression, mentorship, and real-world opportunity.

Through writing, music, storytelling, and the arts, we create spaces where individuals can explore their talents, strengthen their voices, and build confidence in who they are.

Our programs connect creativity with leadership, education pathways, and entrepreneurship development, helping participants discover their purpose and develop the tools needed to move forward in life.
