A Message From The Founder

Walking a day in my own shoes has instilled in me a sense of fearlessness, focus, and passion for my ``Why.`` My journey, from singing in my youth to evolving into a music executive from the Midwest, has been shaped by humble beginnings and the unwavering support of my family and culture. Every day, I am reminded of my invaluable worth and the importance of never compromising ``Who I am.``

The Instor3 Project was born from a vision to change mindsets. It's crucial to acknowledge that achieving this vision required a tribe, a community, and a village of support. With this mindset, I immersed myself in the culture, breaking through unattainable ceilings. I transitioned from sitting at tables with industry Senior Executives across genres to creating my ``Own Table`` and becoming my own boss.

The Basement Series, one of my dreams, is now in its fourth year and has earned acclaim from The Los Angeles Times, LA Weekly, and Billboard Magazine. We've formed partnerships with Amazon Music, Dropbox, Airbnb, Triller, Beats by Dre, and more. Despite the rewards of this journey, I recognized the need to invest in our youth.

Instor3 Project Inc. was established to empower the youth in our communities, encouraging them to dream and embrace their authentic selves. The tools provided will enable them to create their own tables through their unique musical storytelling.
